Welcome to ASVSS English High School, operated by AGARI SAMAJ VIKAS SHIKSHAN SANSTHA,VASAI. Agari samaj is a community of “Aborigine of Vasai” and engaged in agriculture, fishing, salt production and allied activities. However in recent past years, many good talents have come out from the community in various fields like banking, engineering, laws, architect, social work & politics. These people came together with a vision to develop the community, in all spheres of life and they formed “Agari Samaj Vikas Mandal Vasai Taluka” in 1984 to reform the community in the field of education, culture and sports. The Mandal has made good progress in these fields. “Vasai Pragati Co-Op.Credit Society Ltd.” is affiliated to this Mandal and has helped many people in their financial needs and to run new business. Today the society has working capital base of 168 crores and has strong presence in the vasai area.
On 7th June, 2001, Shikshan Sanstha started English Medium School from Pre Primary i.e. Jr. K.G. Class with the help of 12 students. This is the second offspring of Mandal. At present more than 584 students are studying in our Institution. We have well – qualified teaching & non teaching staff, who look after the students with utmost care.
